Eliminating Obstacles To Morning Workouts

If you are experiencing problems in getting started with your intended fitness program, get a timer and start the countdown running.  When the timer hits zero it will make you realize what you could have done within the time period.  You will often find that instead of reading the newspaper or watching television, you could have squeezed in a workout.  

So, after making up your mind, lay out all your workout clothing and equipment in the middle of your living room before going to sleep.  When you wake up in the morning, put your workout clothing on as soon as you wake up. Then, have your morning drink and go straight oustrength doesn't comet.  This removes the chances  of the morning delay before you go out.  Never give up.

Start slowly with only one workout in the 1st week; two workouts in the 2nd week; and three in the 3rd week.  Be encouraged and stay the course.
